By purchasing a ticket, attending an event, or using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully
1. Ticket Purchase
All ticket sales are processed through our authorized third-party partners (Eventbrite, GetYourGuide). Classicum is not responsible for platform-specific fees or payment processing. Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly stated. You must present a valid ticket (digital or printed) for entry.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your ticket up to 24 hours before the event for a full refund. Refunds are processed through the original ticketing platform within 5-10 business days
If Classicum cancels an event, you will receive an automatic full refund. We will notify ticket holders via email as soon as possible.
3. Force Majeure
Classicum shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of events due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, severe weather, or acts of God
- Public health emergencies, pandemics, or government-mandated closures
- Civil unrest, terrorism, or war
- Venue unavailability due to structural issues or emergency repairs
- Artist illness or inability to perform
In force majeure situations, we will offer ticket holders the choice of: (a) a full refund, (b) credit toward a future event, or (c) rescheduled attendance if applicable.
4. Code of Conduct
Our events take place in historic and sacred spaces. Guests are expected to:
- Respect the architectural and spiritual significance of the venue
- Maintain appropriate noise levels during performances
- Silence mobile phones before the event begins
- Follow photography/recording guidelines (typically flash and video prohibited)
- Dress appropriately for the venue (smart casual recommended for churches)
Classicum reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests who violate these guidelines without refund.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law:
- Classicum is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to property unless caused by our proven negligence
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from event attendance
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the ticket price paid
Historic venues may have uneven floors, limited lighting, or narrow passages. Guests attend at their own risk and should exercise appropriate caution.
6. Intellectual Property & Media
Photography and Recording:
- Personal photography (without flash) is generally permitted for personal use only. Video recording is prohibited unless explicitly authorized
- Classicum and its partners may photograph or film events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to appear in such materials. If you wish to opt out, notify staff upon arrival
All content on this website (logos, text, images, videos) is owned by Classicum or licensed to us. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
7. Age Restrictions
Our events are generally suitable for all ages. However:
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
- Infants (under 2 years) are admitted free but must sit on a guardian's lap
- Specific events may have age restrictions noted on the ticket listing (e.g., evening events with wine service may be 18+)
Guardians are responsible for ensuring children behave appropriately in historic venues.
8. Health & Safety
Guest Responsibilities:
- Guests with medical conditions should assess their ability to attend events in venues with limited accessibility (stairs, seating without backs, temperature variations)
- We strive to accommodate guests with disabilities. Contact us in advance to discuss specific needs
- In case of emergency, follow venue staff instructions. Emergency exits are marked in all venues
- If alcohol is served, guests must consume responsibly. Visibly intoxicated guests may be refused service or removed.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, Italy
This choice of jurisdiction does not affect your rights as a consumer under mandatory provisions of EU consumer protection law.
